Dance Team by Vickky specialises in wedding choreography for couples, families and groups. We help clients prepare memorable performances through personalised choreography and practice sessions.
We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Executive to handle enquiries, explain our choreography packages and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp and incoming enquiries.
- Understand their wedding dates, locations, performance requirements and budgets.
- Explain suitable packages and share quotations.
- Follow up regularly with interested clients and close bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records and booking updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate meetings and hand over confirmed client requirements to the choreography team.
- Follow up on booking payments and work towards assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confidence in calling, follow-ups, negotiation and closing sales.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Valuable organisation and client relationship skills.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, wedding services or event sales is preferred.
Salary: Based on experience and interview. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
