EnglishYaari is an online English learning platform that helps learners improve their communication skills, fluency, and confidence through personalised one-on-one sessions with experienced tutors.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Support Executive to manage day-to-day operations, handle learner and tutor queries, and support sales and renewals. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage learner and tutor queries through calls, chats, and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, tutor coordination, onboarding, and follow-ups on pending tasks and feedback.
- Engage with leads and trial users, explain platform features and learning plans, and drive conversions through effective counselling.
- Address learner concerns, provide relevant guidance, and ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Follow up with existing learners for plan renewals and contribute to learner retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Tutor Operations, and Tech, to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,



follow-ups, sales conversions, and support-related activities.
- Work towards achieving sales, conversion, and renewal targets while maintaining strong communication and consistent follow-ups.

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable handling customer conversations, follow-ups, and sales-related responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools, and communication platforms.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and take ownership of responsibilities.
- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and guide customers effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in sales, counselling, customer support, operations, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
