Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify potential customers for mortgage products such as affordable LAP (Loan Against Property) sales.

- Conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions.

- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.

- Meet monthly targets set by the organization.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in mortgage sales or related field sales role.

- Robust knowledge of mortgage loans, including LAP loans.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
