Madhu Jayanti International Pvt. Ltd. is a leading organization in the tea and beverage industry, with a solid presence across multiple markets in India. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Officer to strengthen our sales operations in South/West Delhi.

Job Summary The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing the assigned territory, driving sales growth, handling distributors and channel partners, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG sales, distributor management, market expansion, team handling, primary and secondary sales, and retailer management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop sales operations across the assigned territory in South/West Delhi.
- Handle and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key market accounts.
- Drive primary and secondary sales as per assigned business targets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.
- Manage distributor operations including stock availability, order generation, market coverage, and collections.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the assigned sales team.
- Ensure effective market coverage and improve distribution and product availability.
- Develop current distributors and expand the existing distribution network.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, schemes, and product movement.
- Ensure effective implementation of company sales schemes and promotional activities.




- Regularly visit the market to understand retailer and distributor requirements.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Ensure proper execution of company strategies and sales plans at the ground level.
- Handle customer and distributor-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to support long-term business growth.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 59 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong experience in distributor handling and territory sales management.
- Prior experience in team handling/supervision is mandatory.
- Good understanding of primary & secondary sales, distribution, retail sales, and market expansion.
- Candidates with experience in Tea, Beverages, Food, or other FMCG categories will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive market visits.
- Strong knowledge of the Delhi South/West market will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable managing distributors, retailers, and sales teams.
