Role & responsibilities

- Generate business through direct sourcing, connectors, DSAs, and other channels.

- Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Manage and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners.

- Ensure quality customer sourcing and maintain the required credit profile.

- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

- Monitor the sales pipeline, login files, approvals, and disbursements.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

- Track daily sales performance and submit regular business reports to the reporting manager.
