Job Summary

JRT Industries llp is looking for a energetic, result-oriented, and motivated Sales Officer to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and other potential customers.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, builders, and other potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer network in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company's AC and FCB Ceiling Boards, Laminated Ceiling Boards, and Corrugated Ceiling Boards.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads, meet customers, and understand market demand.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

Educational Qualification · Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Experience

- Experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction products, roofing materials, ceiling boards, cement boards, or related industries.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong sales potential may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development abilities.
- Good knowledge of market development and sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and sales reporting is preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned sales territory.
