Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Retail Sales Officer who will be responsible for expanding the company's retail network, acquiring new retailers, generating orders, and developing strong relationships with existing retailers.

The Sales Officer will be responsible for regular field visits, identifying potential retailers, presenting and promoting company products, converting prospects into active customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to retailers, dealers, and potential retail outlets in the assigned territory.

Identify and acquire new retailers and expand the company's retail network.

Approach potential retailers and explain the company's products, applications, benefits, and commercial terms.

Convert prospective retailers into active customers and generate their first orders.

Generate regular and repeat orders from existing retailers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and dealers.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Ensure effective product availability and market penetration in the assigned territory.





Identify new market opportunities and potential retail outlets.

Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.

Follow up with retailers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and repeat business.

Maintain proper records of retailer visits, leads, orders, and sales.

Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to the Retail Sales Head.

Support promotional activities, product demonstrations, retailer meetings, and product launches.

Coordinate with distributors/internal teams to ensure timely product availability.

Handle retailer queries and coordinate for resolution of customer issues.

Ensure proper coverage of the assigned market and maintain productive field visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
