Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, maintaining client communication, supporting marketing initiatives,



and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations.

? Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

? Location: Okhla, Phase-1, Delhi

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Salary: As per company standards

? Key Responsibilities & Qualification:

Coordinate with the Sales team for client meetings, enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

Maintain and update sales reports, client databases, and trackers.

Coordinate with customers regarding samples, orders, deliveries, and documentation.

Track leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Trichology or a related scientific discipline.

Experience in B2B / Personal Care / Cosmetics / Chemicals / FMCG will be an added advantage.
