Responsibilities
- Achieve ₹3,00,000 monthly sales
- Run field visits, demos, proposals, negotiation and closure
- Build client relationships and referrals
- Update CRM daily and share weekly pipeline reports
- Lead and coach the sales team
- Earn additional team-performance bonuses
Requirements
- Field or B2B sales experience appropriate to the role
- Fluent Marathi/Hindi; English is a plus
- Own transport and target-driven mindset
Pay and incentives ₹30,000–₹50,000 fixed per month. After reaching the monthly target, earn 10% of every additional sale the same day, with no cap.
