Role & responsibilities:

- Achieve the sales targets as well as acquire New to Bank Customers

- Identify potential areas and base of customers for business

- Liase & drive core business through Branch, Private Banking, DSA and other Retail Asset channels

- Engage with customers and cross-sell engagement products and activation products at every new sourcing level

- Cross-sell of various Assets and Liability products

- Constant motivation of HBL / Sales Officer

- Sourcing channels through effective trouble-shooting, trainings

- Ensure team achieves productivity levels.

- Lead Management, ensure timely updation & high conversion ratios

- Ensure complaints are resolved and closed within the TAT prescribed

- Maintain quality of documentation with reduction in errors 4

- Good Communication skills
- Analytical and good interpersonal skills

- Self-driven to achieve targets

- Knowledge of overall financial markets and lending business
