Mysa Stays is looking for an experienced Revenue Head to drive revenue growth across our portfolio of premium villas, resorts, and vacation homes across Maharashtra and Goa.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop pricing strategies and maximise occupancy and revenue.
- Set revenue targets and manage performance across multiple regions.
- Manage OTA platforms, pricing, inventory, and distribution.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and revenue performance.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Experience in revenue management across hotels, resorts, or villa rentals.
- Strong understanding of OTA management, agile pricing, and revenue forecasting.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
Location: Ambernath, Maharashtra Candidates based in Ambernath, Badlapur, Kalyan, Dombivli, or nearby areas are preferred.
