Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales, generate leads, manage client relationships, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate current leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Manage the sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.




- Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills

- Good client relationship and business development abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a sales team and handle multiple clients.
- Good knowledge of the local market in Hyderabad will be an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

- 4+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working at Narsingi and Kokapet, Hyderabad.
