Role Description – Sales Manager (Fresher / Experienced)

This full time, in office Sales Manager role is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The role involves identifying prospective customers, generating new business opportunities, following up on sales enquiries, and supporting the complete sales cycle for industrial printing and packaging machinery. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting company products to potential customers, preparing quotations, developing customer relationships, coordinating with technical and production teams, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

The candidate will also be responsible for exploring new markets, conducting customer visits, participating in business development activities, and maintaining accurate sales records. Regular communication with customers in Hindi and English is mandatory. The role also requires providing regular updates to management on sales progress, market opportunities, and competitor activities.





Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

- · Identify potential customers and generate new business leads in the printing and packaging industry.
- · Explain company machinery, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
- · Communicate professionally with customers in Hindi and English.
- · Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, and leads to convert opportunities into orders.
- · Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- · Coordinate with internal technical, service, and production teams.
- · Travel for customer visits, product demonstrations, and business development as required.
- · Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
- · Explore new markets and expand the company's customer base.

Eligibility Criteria

- · Any degree or diploma; technical qualifications are an added advantage.
- · Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- · Fluency in spoken and written Hindi and English is mandatory.
- · Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- · Willingness to learn about industrial machinery and technical sales.
- · Willingness to travel as required for customer visits.
- · Positive attitude, confidence, and interest in sales and business development.
