About the role

You will lead our franchise sales team, own monthly revenue targets, and personally close high-value franchise deals.

Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and monitor a team of tele sales executives

- Set daily and monthly targets and track performance

- Handle senior-level conversations and close high-ticket franchise deals

- Build and improve the sales pitch, scripts, and follow-up process

- Review pipeline, conversion rates, and call quality weekly

- Coordinate with the leadership team on strategy and reporting

Who we’re looking for

- Proven record of hitting targets in franchise, real estate, insurance, or other high-ticket sales

- Experience managing a telecalling or field sales team

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Positive command of Hindi and English

- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales reporting
