We are looking for a result-oriented professional to manage HNI and NRI client relationships in Canada and drive sales for Vardhman City Centre. The role involves handling prospective clients, generating new leads, presenting commercial property investment opportunities, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with HNI and NRI clients based in Canada to promote Vardhman City Centre.

- Follow up on provided leads and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, and networking.

- Understand clients commercial property requirements, budgets, and investment preferences.

- Present project details, pricing, and investment opportunities through calls and virtual meetings.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and build solid relationships with prospective clients.

- Convert leads into successful bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.

Candidate Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration will be an advantage.

- Experience in real estate sales, HNI/NRI relationship management, or international sales is preferred.

- Experience handling overseas Indian clients, particularly those based in Canada, will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

- Ability to manage sales leads, conduct virtual presentations, and close high-value deals.

Work Schedule & Employment Details

- Work Location: Ludhiana, Punjab, with a hybrid working model.

- Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.

- Shift Duration: 8 hours per day.

- Working Days: 6 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday.

- Weekly Off: One day off between Monday and Friday, as per the agreed schedule and business requirements.
