DiziMods is a growing digital marketing and e-commerce agency. We help sellers on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Nykaa grow through reviews and ratings management, product photography, A+ Content, Brand Store creation, listing SEO, and Google SEO.

Role Overview

You will own our sales pipeline end to end, from lead generation to closing deals. You will lead the sales effort, bring in new seller and brand clients, and grow revenue from existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Run discovery calls, understand seller pain points, and pitch the right service package
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate, and close deals
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients (e.g., photography to A+ Content to Brand Store)
- Pursue larger brand and enterprise accounts
- Maintain the CRM with accurate lead status, follow-ups, and reports
- Coordinate with the operations and design teams so delivery matches what was sold
- Build and mentor a small team of sales executives as we grow
- Track competitors,



pricing, and marketplace policy changes to sharpen the pitch

Requirements

- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven record of hitting targets
- Strong understanding of Indian marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa) and how sellers operate
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Comfortable with CRMs and Google Sheets
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision

Valuable to Have

- Experience selling agency services such as SEO, listing optimization, or creative services
- Existing network of marketplace sellers or D2C brands
- Prior experience leading or training a sales team
