Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales of commercial electric vehicles, manage dealer relationships, generate business opportunities, and coordinate customer requirements and collection follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have field-sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of commercial electric vehicles in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through market visits, customer references, and dealer networks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Coordinate enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate collection follow-ups with customers and dealers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.




- Maintain daily sales activity and performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, loan processing, vehicle delivery, and other customer requirements.
- Resolve customer and dealer-related issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in commercial vehicles, automobiles, EVs, or related industries.
- Good customer-handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Robust relationship-management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales and collection targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and sales reporting.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with dealers and internal teams.

Candidate Profile
- Candidates with relevant field-sales experience are preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period may be considered, where applicable.
- Preference for candidates comfortable with field-based sales responsibilities.

Pay: From ₹29,999.00 per month
