Job Title: Manager Chiller Sales (HVAC)

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Sales skilled with strong experience in Chillers and preferably Heat Pumps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities for chillers and HVAC cooling solutions.
- Handle B2B sales and project-based sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, consultants and contractors.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC Sales.
- Strong experience in Chiller Sales is required.
- Heat Pump sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in industrial or commercial project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in Pune.
