Role Overview

Were seeking a strategic and execution-focused Sales Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end operations across the CCTV and IoT verticals. This is a leadership role for someone with deep domain expertise and a passion for operational excellence in a quick- paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in IoT and CCTV product lines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries such as real estate, retail, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with prospective clients.




- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to management.
- Ensure post-sales support and customer satisfaction through coordination with service teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales of IoT, CCTV, or electronic security systems.
- Strong understanding of IP cameras, NVRs, access control, smart sensors, and cloud- based monitoring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales team if required.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in IoT, CCTV, or security solutions
