Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead business development within the cable and wire industry. Based on-site in Mumbai, this role is critical to our expansion into this sector. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to high-level presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
You will act as a consultant to cable and wire manufacturers and distributors, helping them mitigate operational and financial risks through our specialized insurance offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development activities to expand our footprint in the cable and wire segment.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, meetings, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft bespoke risk management solutions for clients.
- Provide market and competitor analysis to inform our strategic sales planning.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within the cable and wire, electrical components, or industrial goods sectors.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and understand complex client needs.

- Proficiency in managing sales KPIs and CRM tools.
