We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven Outdoor Advertisement Sales Executive to drive business development and revenue growth across our Out-of-Home (OOH) media assets in the Ajmer territory. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep local knowledge of Ajmer's commercial hubs to identify potential advertisers, pitch customized outdoor media campaigns (hoardings, unipoles, LED screens, transit media), and close high-value deals. You will act as the primary liaison between local businesses and our advertising agency, ensuring maximum occupancy of our local advertising inventory.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new local and regional businesses, retail chains, and institutions in Ajmer that would benefit from outdoor advertising exposure.
Client Pitching & Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners, marketing managers, and media agencies to present customized OOH advertising proposals, asset locations, and audience reach metrics.
Site Visits & Media Mapping: Accompany clients on site visits to demonstrate the visibility, foot traffic, and strategic value of specific hoarding and unipole locations across Ajmer.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate advertising rates, contract durations, and campaign terms while maximizing revenue and adhering to company benchmark pricing.
Campaign Coordination: Act as the bridge between the client and our internal operations/design teams to ensure flex printing, mounting, and campaign execution happen seamlessly and on schedule.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, current local business openings, and available outdoor advertising inventory in the Ajmer market to maintain a competitive edge.
Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage recurring advertising renewals and upsell cross-media integrations.
Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of dues and monitor billing details for executed campaigns.
Candidate Qualifications & Skills
Local Expertise: Must be a current resident of Ajmer with an excellent understanding of the city's geography, key arterial routes, commercial markets, and local business landscape.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven B2B field sales or business development experience. Prior experience in advertising, OOH media, real estate, or local directory sales is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly persuasive and fluent in both Hindi and local regional dialects, with a working proficiency in English.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals independently.
Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for daily client visits and site inspections across Ajmer.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field with minimal daily supervision.
