Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual sales plans and volume targets.
- Create go-to-market strategies specifically tailored for the hospitality and foodservice sector.
Key Account Management
- Engage directly with corporate Food & Beverage (F&B;) directors, executive chefs, and purchasing heads of luxury hotel chains and marquee restaurant groups.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, pricing landscapes, and competitor activities within the HORECA supply chain.
- Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and adapt sales tactics.
P&L; & Forecasting
- Own revenue forecasts, margin targets,
and manage credit terms and promotional budgets.
- Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as necessary to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the glassware or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
