Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Executive based in Chandigarh, India.

The Sales

Executive intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective clients, reaching out through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and presenting Vistaar Media’s services. The role includes assisting in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and reports, maintaining client records, and following up to nurture leads and build long-term relationships. The intern will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to understand campaign offerings and align them with client needs,



while learning negotiation, basic revenue forecasting, and pipeline management.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in sales, business development, and client-facing roles.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English and local languages, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic understanding of marketing or media services and willingness to learn about advertising and brand promotion.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and respond professionally to client needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive approach to meeting targets, managing time, and handling multiple tasks.
- Comfort with using common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) to track leads and prepare documents.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Openness to feedback, curiosity to learn, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
