Key Responsibilities : Handle incoming sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels. Actively follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Generate business for resort stays, corporate bookings, group bookings, weddings, events and MICE requirements.

Maintain a proper database of enquiries, follow ups and conversion ratios. Coordinate with resort teams to prepare quotations, check availability and close bookings. Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners and other potential business partners.

Ensure timely follow ups and skilled communication. Work towards defined sales targets and improve overall lead conversion.

Preferred candidate: Female Reservations and Hotel Systems Executive We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional with strong technical knowledge of hotel reservation systems,



and a strong aptitude for sales, particularly eZee PMS, channel management and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

Key Responsibilities : Manage reservations across multiple properties and booking channels. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of eZee PMS. Handle OTA extranets, including inventory, rates, availability, restrictions and booking updates.

Monitor reservations received through the website, OTAs, direct calls, email and other channels. Maintain accurate booking records, rooming details, guest information and reservation logs. Monitor cancellations, amendments, no shows and booking discrepancies.

Coordinate with resort front office and reservations teams. Assist with rate loading, inventory updates and channel management. Identify and resolve reservation mismatches and overbooking risks. Prepare reservation reports and ensure timely communication of booking updates to the respective properties.
