Omkar Developers is a Pune-based developer of residential projects. We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive flat sales.

Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers and incoming enquiries, and conduct site visits

- Follow up leads regularly and keep the enquiry tracker updated

- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers

- Explain project details, pricing and payment plans; negotiate and close bookings

- Assist buyers with booking forms, agreements and home-loan coordination

- Share weekly sales and follow-up reports with management

Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of residential real estate sales experience, preferably in Pune

- Valuable communication in Marathi, Hindi and English

- Knowledge of the Pune residential market is a plus

- Well-groomed and presentable, with strong communication and a confident, energetic approach

- Own two-wheeler and driving licence preferred

- Basic MS Excel / CRM skills

Salary: Rs. 40,000 - 60,000 per month, based on experience.
