Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into confirmed orders. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and delivery-related queries. Handle customer objections professionally and build strong customer relationships. Follow up on pending orders and improve sales conversion rates.
Required Skills &
Qualifications Fluent Hindi and English communication skills are compulsory. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage. Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to achieve targets and work in a team. Basic computer, smartphone, and WhatsApp knowledge. Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
