Job Description/ Responsibilities

1. Handle sales coordination and customer support through calls and emails

- 1. Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmation
2. Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, orders, deliveries, and payments
3. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
4. Monitor order execution and ensure timely dispatch of products
5. Prepare e-invoices and e-way bills for dispatch process
6. Maintain sales records, customer database, and daily sales reports
7.



Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing
