We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives with experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, arranging site visits, and converting leads into successful bookings.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with prospective customers for residential real estate projects.
- Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the presales and closing teams to complete sales transactions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience working with real estate developers or Channel Partners (CP) is acceptable.
- Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary up to ₹30,000 per month.
