Ishara Creations is a jewellery brand offering stylish and traditional jewellery collections. We are looking for an energetic, customer-oriented Offline Sales Executive to promote and sell our products through exhibitions, flea markets, IT company events, gated communities and community hall events.
Job Responsibilities
- Represent Ishara Creations at flea markets, exhibitions, corporate events and community events.
- Set up and manage jewellery stalls at various venues.
- Engage with customers, showcase jewellery collections and convert enquiries into sales.
- Handle customer queries and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
- Achieve sales targets and help increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate event bookings, stall arrangements, product display and inventory.
- Maintain daily sales records and share event performance reports.
- Travel locally within Hyderabad and nearby areas for sales events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, retail, jewellery, fashion accessories or exhibition sales is preferred.
- Good communication, convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable interacting with different types of customers.
- Willingness to travel locally and work at events, including weekends when required.
- Self-motivated, presentable and target-oriented.
- Ability to manage stalls independently and handle cash or digital payments.
