- 1- 3 years of experience in Sales (B2C, Showroom Sales). In-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Customer-first approach with a focus on building and maintaining solid relationships.
- Have a flexible and open-minded approach. Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems
- Resources from the furniture or interior industry are preferred

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or an MBA in Marketing
