Sales Executive – Field Sales

We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Sales Executive – Field Sales to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The role involves developing dealer relationships, generating orders, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets for our range of pipes, fittings, and water tanks.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit existing and potential dealers regularly and build strong business relationships.
- Identify new dealers, distributors, contractors, plumbers and business opportunities.
- Generate sales orders and achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
- Promote products across plumbing, construction and infrastructure markets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments and collections.
- Maintain regular contact with dealers to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and product pricing.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the assigned territory.
- Plan daily field visits and maintain an effective sales pipeline.
- Submit regular sales, collection and market activity reports to management.




- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery and customer support.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers can apply; candidates with 0–2 years of field sales experience will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within Visakhapatnam and nearby assigned areas.
- Confident in meeting customers and developing business relationships.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
- Ability to generate leads, convert enquiries into orders and follow up on collections.
- Candidates with experience in pipes, plumbing materials, water tanks, building materials, construction or hardware sales will have an added advantage.
