- Customer Consultation: Welcome showroom visitors, understand their space, style preferences, and budget, and recommend suitable furniture, upholstery, and accessories.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of furniture materials (e.g., solid wood, engineered wood, leather, fabrics), dimensions, custom options, and care instructions.

- Sales & Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through direct sales, upsells, and cross-selling complimentary items (e.g., rugs, lamps, maintenance kits).

- Quoting & Invoicing: Prepare cost estimates, formal quotes, and sales orders using Point of Sale (POS) or CRM systems.

- Post-Sales Coordination: Coordinate delivery schedules, assembly instructions, and installation services with the warehouse and logistics teams.

- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, track delivery statuses, and resolve complaints or damage claims promptly.
