Role & responsibilities:

- Develop and expand the dealer, distributor and retailer network across Rajasthan.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for hand tools and power tools.

- Conduct regular market visits to hardware dealers, industrial suppliers, construction equipment dealers and other potential customers.

- Identify new business opportunities and appoint channel partners in untapped territories.

- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and industrial customers.

- Promote product ranges, new launches, schemes and promotional activities.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and customer feedback.

- Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments and outstanding receivables.

- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches and after-sales support.

- Prepare daily visit reports,



sales forecasts and periodic market performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Sales or Marketing is preferred.

- 25 years of experience in field sales, preferably in hand tools, power tools, hardware, industrial products or building materials.

- Good understanding of dealer and distributor management.

- Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to travel extensively across Rajasthan.

- Familiarity with local markets and dealer networks in Rajasthan will be an advantage.

- Basic computer skills and experience with sales reporting or CRM tools preferred.
