Ascend Innovations is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales. Experience in the EdTech industry, handling international customers and Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Explain the company's products, services, and educational programs to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements, handle objections, and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and achieve business goals.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
- EdTech or education industry experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Experience handling international customers is an advantage.
- Ability to work with sales targets and manage multiple leads.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
- Must be available to work Monday to Saturday.
