Role & Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and other sales activities.

- Reach out to prospective customers to introduce the companys products or services.

- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service information.

- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business development goals.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.

- Prepare quotations, maintain customer databases, and update sales records.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.

- Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings to improve sales and communication skills.

- Maintain regular sales activity reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
