Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers visiting the showroom.

- Understand customer requirements, room sizes, usage and budget.

- Explain Daikin air conditioner models, features, capacities, energy efficiency and pricing.

- Recommend suitable AC solutions, including Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC and other available models.

- Explain product specifications, warranty, installation requirements and available offers.

- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales.

- Handle customer questions, objections and price negotiations professionally.

- Coordinate with the installation, service, delivery and operations teams.

- Maintain customer enquiry records, sales reports and follow-up schedules.





- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.

- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is presentable.

- Build robust customer relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with prior AC or Daikin sales experience will receive preference.

- Experience in a branded electronics or home appliance showroom is an advantage.

- Candidates should be comfortable working at either the Miyapur or Khajaguda showroom, as assigned.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
