The ideal candidate should have good communication skills , strong convincing ability, and relevant experience in real estate/property sales. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on sales leads through various channels.

Handle customer inquiries and understand client requirements. Explain property/project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers. Arrange and conduct property/site visits for prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals. Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth completion of the sales process. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
