Technical Sales Engineer (Fresher - 1.5 Year)

Job Summary

Diligence Certifications is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in sales, business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable certification and compliance solutions.
- Explain company services related to BIS, ISI, CRS, FMCS, and other certification services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Stay updated about company services, market trends, and customer requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech in Chemical, Civil, Electrical,



or Mechanical Engineering.
- Computer Science and IT candidates are not eligible.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- MBA candidates with a specialization in Marketing are also eligible.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Interest in sales and business development.
- Good follow-up and client relationship management skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
