Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely order execution and follow-ups on outstanding orders.

- Process sales orders, generate proforma invoices, and track shipments from warehouse to customer delivery.

- Provide back office support for sales operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

- Follow up with customers to resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in sales administration or coordination role.

- Robust understanding of order execution, fulfillment, and tracking processes.

- Proficiency in generating proforma invoices and managing cash flow.

- Excellent follow-up skills with ability to communicate effectively with customers.
