- 1-4 years sales coordination/customer support/inside sales.
- Solid follow-through and systems discipline.
- Reliable, organised, customer-friendly, fast.
- Confirm appointments/reminders/follow-ups.
- Coordinate floor plans, measurements and basic inputs.
- Maintain action lists and CRM hygiene under consultant ownership.
- Schedule design reviews and internal inputs.
- Track pending customer/internal documents.
- Support event lead capture/routing.
- Order-to-service process control and exception management
- Planning/capacity/quality or field-delivery methods relevant to role
- Root-cause analysis, standard work and operational data
