Position : Sales CRM Executive

Location : Kolkata

Engagement : Third-Party Payroll Role

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update customer, lead and opportunity records.
- Track sales activities, follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales and customer data.
- Monitor lead conversion and sales pipeline performance.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with sales teams for timely updates and closures.
- Support customer relationship management activities.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Technical Degree/Diploma will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, CRM Operations, Sales Support or Customer Relationship Management.

Mandatory Language Proficiency





Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in:
