Position:-Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and project teams in handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of commercial kitchen projects. The role requires strong follow-up skills, documentation accuracy, and coordination with internal departments like design, procurement, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Coordination

Assist sales team in handling inquiries for kitchen equipment & turnkey projects Prepare and share quotations, BOQs, and proposals with clients

Maintain lead database and update CRM regularly

Follow up with clients for approvals, negotiations, and order closure

1. Tender & Project Coordination (Important for your business)

Support in government tenders (GEM, e-tender portals, NGO projects) Prepare and organize tender documents, EMD, compliance papers

Coordinate with design team for layouts, drawings, and technical specs

Track project timelines and update internal teams

1. Order Processing

Convert confirmed orders into internal work orders Coordinate with procurement and production team for execution

Track delivery schedules and installation status

1. Client Communication

Act as a single point of contact for clients for updates Handle emails, calls, and documentation professionally





Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response

1. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain proper records of quotations, invoices, and contracts Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS

Support accounts team in payment follow-ups

Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Marketing

Diploma or knowledge in Hospitality / Kitchen Equipment (added advantage)

Experience

1–4 years in sales coordination / back office / project coordination

Experience in EPC / kitchen equipment / construction / B2B sales preferred

Skills Required

Strong communication & follow-up skills

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email drafting

Experience in quotation making & documentation

Basic understanding of technical drawings / BOQ (preferred)

Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Salary Range (Mumbai Market)

₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
