2. Vehicle Sales: Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicle sales as assigned by the Sales Manager.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance options, and offers.
4. Test Drives & Demonstrations: Arrange vehicle demonstrations and test drives to enhance customer experience and support purchase decisions.
5. Lead Management: Generate current leads, follow up on enquiries, and maintain accurate customer details in the CRM/DMS.
6. Documentation & Delivery: Coordinate vehicle bookings, finance, insurance, registration, documentation, and timely vehicle delivery.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, collect feedback, and generate referrals for future sales.
