Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team at myTVS Accessories. The ideal candidate should have experience in distributor coordination, sales support, order processing, sales reporting, and advanced Excel. The role involves coordinating with distributors, dealers, retailers, and the internal sales team to support business growth and ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with 150+ distributors across India to communicate company schemes, product launches, offers, and updates.
- Proactively contact distributors over the phone, encourage order placement, and support sales growth.
- Enter distributor orders into the ERP system and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Prepare and publish daily sales reports for the internal sales team.
- Coordinate with sales executives and managers to track daily market visits, sales performance, and target achievement.
- Communicate promotional schemes, offers, and new product information to retailers and dealers across India.




- Analyse sales data and prepare reports using advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely follow-ups with distributors and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and telephone communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Experience in ERP-based order processing and sales reporting is preferred.
- Confident, presentable, proactive, and assertive personality.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage follow-ups effectively.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably involving distributor management and telephone-based sales.
- Experience in distributor coordination, order processing, sales support, or channel sales operations is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates comfortable with an office-based role and regular distributor communication across India are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
