We are seeking individuals with proven expertise in the NBFC / Chit Fund sector who can generate recent business, strengthen market presence, and contribute to sustainable branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch target.
- Generate quality leads and convert prospects into subscribers.
- Establish a strong local market presence through direct customer engagement.
- Strengthen client retention through consistent service and relationship management.
- Coordinate payment follow-ups to ensure timely installment remittances.
- Assess market potential and explore growth opportunities.
- Review sales progress and provide periodic business updates to management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Eligibility & Requirements:




- Experience: Minimum 3 years in NBFC / Chit Fund / Financial Services.
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and business development skills.
- Sound understanding of local markets and customer preferences.
- Applicants residing in Kottayam and surrounding areas are preferred.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will have an advantage.
