Role: Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and sales-driven Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, present product benefits, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers.

Freshers with strong sales potential and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior B2B SaaS sales, inside sales, or business development experience will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential customers through relevant channels.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable product solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and value effectively.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with potential customers.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Follow up with prospects and guide them through the sales process.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and close sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.




- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
