Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Kolkata.

The Sales

Associate will engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products across lending, insurance, and wealth advisory offerings.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, documentation, and post-sales support, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Associate will also track market trends, provide feedback to improve offerings, and represent Bajaj Finserv professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess basic financial acumen and product understanding to explain lending, insurance, and wealth advisory solutions accurately.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in retail sales or financial services is beneficial, along with familiarity with local markets in Kolkata.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, use CRM or sales tracking tools, and uphold high ethical and compliance standards is expected.
