Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer based in Coimbatore South. The role involves visiting customer sites to install, commission, and demonstrate medical equipment, ensuring that systems are set up correctly and safely. The Sales and Service Engineer will handle routine maintenance, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and provide timely field service and technical support to healthcare clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team to understand client requirements, supporting product presentations,



and maintaining strong customer relationships through clear communication and responsive service. The role also requires accurate documentation of service activities, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and regular reporting on equipment performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for medical equipment and related systems.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer training.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair capabilities for preventive and corrective servicing of healthcare devices.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in medical equipment service or healthcare technology is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client visits and on-site support.
- Strong attention to safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance in healthcare environments.
