Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Midnapore. This role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and presenting construction services that align with customer needs. The Specialist will support the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed projects.

Daily tasks include coordinating client meetings, managing inquiries, providing accurate information about services and pricing, and collaborating with project and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to execution.



The role also includes tracking sales performance, maintaining records in CRM or sales tools, and participating in training or meetings to stay updated on company offerings and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding of new team members and to share product and service knowledge across the team.
- Understanding of basic marketing principles, local market dynamics, and competitor activity in the construction sector.
- Ability to work on-site in Midnapore, travel locally as required, and manage time effectively in a field-oriented environment.
