Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Jaipur. The specialist will engage with walk-in and digital leads, present motorcycles, explain product features and benefits, and guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to delivery. Daily responsibilities include managing showroom displays, coordinating test rides, maintaining accurate sales records, and supporting marketing campaigns such as social media promotions, local events, and lead-generation activities.





The role also involves following up with customers, building long-term relationships, supporting after-sales communication, and collaborating with the team to meet monthly sales and marketing targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse customers and deliver a professional experience.
- Sales skills, including lead handling, negotiation, and closing, with an ability to work toward defined sales targets.
- Sales Management and Training abilities to support team performance, share product knowledge, and help onboard new team members.
- Interest or experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry, with enthusiasm for Jawa, Yezdi, and BSA brands.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms to assist with dealership promotions and campaigns.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, including weekends and peak business hours, with a high level of reliability and professionalism.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local languages and English, along with basic computer skills for handling CRM or sales reporting tools.
